What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create” --
Buddha

A few years ago, after working nonstop seven days a week, I felt a strong need to take a step back and take inventory of my life. I thought about what made me happy, what was working, and what wasn’t working, and which dreams I still believed in, which I wanted to accomplish. I spent much time contemplating what motivates me and what my life experience has taught me so far. In a search for a for answers, I began fully listening to my intuition as my guide. I told myself that it was time to fully confront and overcome any lingering fears and anxieties that had held me back in the past and move forward with belief in myself and my abilities. Consciously, I began to expand my experiences to help master my emotions, remove self-created doubts, become a better leader, communicate more effectively, and step outside of my comfort zone. In my mind I became a warrior and my found meaning with my mission in life clearly defined. I began to use my thoughts to shape my future and I learned to fully understand the power of using intention my conscious words and thoughts and found my path!

In these times of great change and transition, it can often feel like we have little control over the external world. We are told to just believe in fate and let the universe (or a Higher Power decide our destiny and forget that we have ability within ourselves to control and shape our lives. To master these inner thoughts requires a shift in mindset with a strong belief in our authentic selves, and the self-discipline needed to make it happen. Harnessing our intentional thoughts and behaviors gives us a powerful tool to create our reality and make our dreams come true. This has been proven many times in our lives often without us knowing it.

The power of intention is the power of a focused mind!

Creating an intentional life can be simplified by breaking it down into these easy steps:

  1. Create a daily affirmation

  2. Share your intention, be proud of yourself for reaching for more out of life

  3. Say your intention aloud and write it down

  4. Create a ritual to align yourself with your intention

  5. Learn to meditate for greater clarity and focus

  6. Practice gratitude and add value in your actions. Gratitude will help expand the experience that you’re aiming for in life.

  7. Ask for what you want and begin to live in that reality. You must not doubt your ability to create your desire. Do not let negative thinking stop the creation of your positive intention

  8. Remind yourself often to live in the present and use words that cause you to take action and move forward, such as “I’m doing” instead of “I hope to”.

  9. Think about how good it feels to begin your intention and the reality that it will create.

  10. Set your goals for the next day nightly. I always tell myself that I did my best today but that I will do better tomorrow!

QUANTUM THEORY MOVES US FORWARD

Quantum theory is the principle that when we focus our thoughts and actions, we can create influence over what we want and draw it towards us. This can help us create better lives and go forward with clarity and success. Another concept that helps us to understand this is Quantum Entanglement, which is the theory that everything is interconnected and every choice we make affects not only ourselves but others as well.

I use quantum theory every morning when I wake up with my morning affirmation by telling myself “it’s going to be a great day”. With this mindset even difficult days are more peaceful, everyone around me is happier, and able to find solutions to keep me moving forward and not feel stuck. Many people that I know have told me that this has changed their lives—more proof that this works! Quantum theory helps to explain how we can be happier and get more of what we want out of life with belief in our own natural gifts.

By making this shift I have been able to feel more gratitude, happiness, confidence, and love in my daily life. There have fewer setbacks but many more positive experiences that have helped me to keep moving forward, live my dreams, and live a happier, more connected life. The power of intention has given me ability to create the life that I wanted by believing in my dreams and trusting myself to take action to make them happen. By living with intention, we all can learn to be our true selves and remove self-created doubts and negative emotions, living the lives we are free to create.

USING INTENTION EVERY DAY

Our intention creates our reality”—Wayne Dyer

We attract what we want in our lives by thinking about it-this is quite simple and easy to understand. A good example is someone who starts their day by saying “I hate people”. By making this statement this person is setting themselves up for a day of disappointment, alienation, and feeling bad about themselves. If this person can begin to understand that they attract what they feel, then they can begin making changes in their mindset. Replacing negative words and with a positive mindset will create a better outcome when put into practice. Our observations impact the reality being observed, allowing our thoughts and perceptions to affect that reality.

People who live their lives by intention are more optimistic and see a brighter future for themselves. Living by intention helps us to adapt to change, to be more self-aware, and provide much better results in their lives and the world around them. Intention is the key to creating a magical life with greater happiness and fulfillment. Imagine yourself saying “I have a magical life”, and you’ll understand this even more. If you are unable to say this to yourself, then ask yourself why? Intention is the key to understanding how to unlock our natural gifts to create the lives we desire and deserve.
