“It’s another fulfillment of a promise I made to my mom when I was 10 that I would help give her a life of hope and not fear,” he adds. “It’s also the culmination of a dream that started with me in a doctor’s office at 16, reading Forbes for the first time and setting my sights on a career of meaning and influence, with a body of work that would one day lead me to the level of the great people I read about in its pages.
